“Dairy Food Bulgaria” has a dairy processing factory, located in the Central Stara Planina region, in Sevlievo.
The region is known for its long-standing production of traditional Bulgarian white brine cheeses and hard yellow cheeses and other dairy products from cow, sheep, buffalo and goat milk.
The company invested in a modern high-tech line for the production of Bulgarian white brine cheese.
“Dairy Food Bulgaria” has a line for the production of UHT-milk (Ultra-high Temperature Processing).
The main advantage of “Dairy Food Bulgaria” is that almost all of the milk it processes is supplied by elite farms.
In connection with the increased production of the line for UHT, the company also imports high-quality and full-fat milks from the European Union.
The enterprise has:
- Two receiving lines for raw milk - total capacity per hour 40 tons. Total volume of received milk per day 320 tons.
- Optimal production capacity of the line for pasteurized and UHT milk: 100 tons per day.
- Optimal production capacity of white brine cheeses, hard yellow cheeses and imitation products: 20 tons of finished product per day.
